  • Basic graphic and subtitle work

Service deliverables vary depending on the selected package.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide video material they own or have legal rights to use

  • Provide clear instructions when submitting content

  • Respond to communication regarding revisions or clarifications when necessary

Pouya Edits is not responsible for copyright violations related to client-provided materials.

4. Delivery Time

Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Starter Package: 48–72 hours

  • Growth Package: 72 hours

  • Scale Package: 3–5 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • workload

  • project complexity

  • responsiveness from the client

Timelines are estimates and not legally guaranteed deadlines.

5. Revisions

Packages include a limited number of revisions.

Revisions cover:

  • minor edits

  • subtitle adjustments

  • timing tweaks

  • minor visual changes

Revisions do not include full re-edits or new creative direction.

Additional revisions beyond the included limit may require additional fees.

6. Payment Terms

All services require full payment upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

Work will not begin until payment is confirmed.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and labor-based nature of the services:

All sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued once work has started.

Refund requests may only be considered if:

  • the project has not started

  • or the request is made within 12 hours of purchase

Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in termination of service and legal action where applicable.

8. Ownership of Final Deliverables

Upon full payment:

  • the client receives rights to use the delivered edited content

However, Pouya Edits retains the right to:

  • display edited work in portfolios

  • showcase clips for marketing

  • include anonymized examples in case studies

Clients may request removal from portfolio usage by written request.

9. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of original source material they provide.

Clients confirm that they:

  • own the material, or

  • have permission to use it

Pouya Edits is not liable for copyright claims or legal disputes related to client materials.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pouya Edits shall not be held liable for:

  • platform algorithm performance

  • content reach or views

  • business outcomes

  • monetization results

While editing techniques may improve retention or distribution potential, results are not guaranteed.

Services are provided “as is.”

11. Refusal of Service

Pouya Edits reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for any reason, including:

  • abusive behavior

  • illegal content

  • copyright violations

  • misuse of services

If termination occurs before work begins, payment may be refunded at discretion.

12. Communication

Official communication channels include:

Clients are responsible for providing correct contact information.

Failure to respond within 14 days regarding revisions or project confirmation may result in project closure.

13. Third-Party Platforms

Content edited by Pouya Edits may be distributed on third-party platforms such as:

  • Instagram

We have no control over platform policies, algorithms, or distribution outcomes.

14. Changes to Terms

Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable jurisdiction.
