How do I send the files?

Send the link or a download link over WhatsApp or email once you have checked out. Work starts when payment is confirmed and the material is in.

Can I use the thumbnail anywhere I want?

Yes. You own the finished file outright. Unless you tell me otherwise in writing, I may show it in my own portfolio.

What if the thumbnail does not perform?

Click-through depends on your title, your audience and the platform, so no specific result is guaranteed. What is guaranteed is a design built around the hook and checked at the sizes viewers actually see.
