We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the video repurposing services you've ordered, including reviewing and editing your footage.
• Communicate with you about orders, revisions, and delivery — primarily over WhatsApp or email.
• Process payments and send receipts.

4. Your Video Content & Footage

Any footage, scripts, or brand materials you send us are used solely to produce the Shorts you've ordered. We do not sell, license, or repurpose your raw footage for any other client or use it to train third-party AI models. Finished clips may be used in our own portfolio, case studies, or marketing (for example, view-count results) unless you ask us not to.

5. Payment Processing

Payments for our packages are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores your payment details under its own privacy policy — we never see or store your full card number.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with the tools we use to run the business — payment processing (Stripe), communication (WhatsApp, email), and file storage/delivery (e.g. Google Drive) — solely to deliver your order.

We keep order communications and delivered files for as long as reasonably needed to support you (e.g. for revisions) or as required by law, and delete them on request where we're not legally required to keep them.
