Know exactly where your edit is. Without asking.
Every project I take on gets a live page: what stage it is at, which files are ready, and one button to approve them or send notes. It is included with every package.
Already a client? Your login is the email your project was opened with.
From the first email to sign-off.
Three moments, no chasing.
Your project opens the day we start
You get one email with a set-password link. From then on every project you have with me lives at one address, on your phone or your laptop.
Every stage, timestamped
Brief, footage, editing, review, delivered, revisions, complete. Each step shows the date it was reached, and the page updates on its own while it is open.
Approve or send notes from your phone
When a file is ready you get told. Open it, then tap Approve or Request changes. Your notes reach me and the editor the same second.
Built for the questions you would otherwise message me.
Live status
The stage, the health, the due date and how much is delivered — updated without a reload.
Every file, one place
Each deliverable has its own link and its own status. One button opens the shared project folder.
Told when it matters
Email by default, push notifications if you turn them on. Only for the moments that need you — never a daily digest.
An app, without an app store
Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, with notifications, on iPhone, Android and desktop.
A record, not a memory
Every note, request and status change is logged with a time. Nothing lives in a chat thread nobody can find.
Files kept on a clock you can see
Delivered exports stay for 3 months, raw footage for 6, counted from delivery and shown on the project.
Four things. That is the whole list.
You choose which of these reach you, per account, and whether by email, push, or both.
- Footage neededThe project is open and waiting on your files.
- A file is readySomething is with you to review.
- Notes appliedThe revised version is up.
- Project completeSigned off, files staying put on the schedule shown.
The short answers.
Do I need an account before I order?
No. Build a package or place an order first. When I open the project you get an email with a link that sets your password in one step.
Can my team see it too?
A project belongs to one login today. Share the login within your team, or ask me to add a second project for another person.
What happens when I request changes?
The project moves to Revisions, the files you flagged go back to editing, and I get your notes straight away. You are told when the new version is up.
Where do the files actually live?
In a shared folder (Google Drive, Dropbox or Frame.io) linked from the project. The dashboard is the front door, not the storage.
Start a project and the page is yours.
Pick what you need, get a quote in dollars or dirhams, and the dashboard opens the day the edit does.
