File Retention & Content Use

1. How long we keep your files

• Delivered exports — final Shorts and Reels, captions, thumbnails 3 months
• Raw footage and project files — Premiere, After Effects, Remotion, assets 6 months

Both count from the day your project is delivered.

After 3 months your delivered files come down from the shared folder. We keep the project files for a further 3 months, so a re-export or a late revision is still possible up to month 6. After that everything is deleted and cannot be recovered.

Download your delivered files before the 3-month mark. Your dashboard shows both dates on every project, and warns you 30, 14 and 7 days ahead.

2. Showing the work

We keep the right to show work we produced for you — in our portfolio, case studies, blog posts, social media and paid marketing — without asking each time. That covers the edited output and stills or clips taken from it.

This does not apply where an NDA is in place. If you have signed one with us, the project is marked Confidential on your dashboard and never appears in anything public.

You confirm you hold the rights to the material you send us, and that granting the above does not breach anyone else’s rights.

3. Taking something down

If you would rather a piece was not public, just ask — there is a Request removal button on every project. We will remove it from anything we control. We cannot recall material already printed, distributed, or picked up elsewhere.

4. Changes to this policy

Each project is governed by the version of this policy current on the day it started. The version and date are shown above.
