How I work

The system behind every edit.

Good edits are the easy part. What usually breaks is everything around them: the brief, the handoffs, the files, the feedback and the schedule. This is how I run all of that, whether I build the content system for you or help you run your own.

Full walkthrough coming soon A longer video of the whole process, start to finish. Until it is up, the short version is below.
Two ways to work together

I run it for you, or I help you run it.

Done for you

I build and run your content system

You record, I take it from there: long-form edits, the short-form cut from them, thumbnails and a steady publishing rhythm. You approve the work, not the process.

Done with you

I help you run your own

You would rather keep the content in-house. I set up the system around you and your team, and help you keep it running.

The process

From first call to signed-off files.

Every project follows the same steps, and you can see which one it is on at any moment.

  1. 1

    A call about your content

We look at what you already publish, who it is for and where it is leaking, then map the content distribution system that fits.

  2. 2

A fixed price, not a proposal

Build a package from fixed per-edit rates or pick one from the shop. You get an invoice, and work starts once it is paid.

  3. 3

    Brief and footage

We agree scope, references and deadlines, and your files come over. Your project opens on its own page in your client dashboard.

  4. 4

    Editing, then an internal review

The work goes on the timeline, then through a quality pass before it ever reaches you.

  5. 5

    Delivered for your review

Each file lands in the dashboard the moment it is ready. Approve it, or leave timecoded notes on it.

  6. 6

    Revisions and sign-off

Your notes get applied, you sign off, and the files stay available in your dashboard afterwards.

Who it is for

Built for two kinds of client.

YouTube channels

Channels that need their long-form produced and a steady stream of short-form cut from it. For Eric Rosen that meant repurposing existing long-form into Shorts, for 8.5M views in about five months.
