AI consultant in Dubai: AI that puts money back in the owner's account.

I learn how your business makes money, find where it leaks, and build the AI systems that plug it. This is AI for business with an owner's eye, not an AI automation agency selling you a tool: every system is judged by the money that reaches your account.

Systems built for DubaiTalkies · Masoud Jewellery · Dr Hobs · Pouya Edits

Pouya Jafari is a Dubai-based AI automation consultant who builds AI systems for companies: WhatsApp assistants, catalogue and pricing automation, reporting and internal agents, measured in money reaching the owner's account.

The problem

Why most AI projects fail

The technology is rarely the reason. The project was aimed at the wrong thing from the first meeting.

1

They start with the tool, not the money

A chatbot gets bought because a competitor has one. Nobody asked which part of the business loses money today, so nobody can say afterwards whether it worked.

2

Nobody inside the team owns it

An outside build with no owner on the inside drifts from how people really work. Within a few months the team is back to the old way and the system sits unused.

3

It is never measured

"Saves time" is not a result. If a system cannot be tied to faster replies, fewer lost orders or more booked work, it is a cost with a demo attached.

The method

Business process automation that starts from the money

Every engagement follows the same four steps, in the same order. The order is the point.

How money moves through a business, and where it leaks before it reaches the owner Enquiries and orders come in Replies, quotes and follow-ups Delivery and invoicing Money in the owner's account Slow or missed replies Prices worked out by hand Follow-ups forgotten Reports nobody reads Work the owner repeats The only number that counts How money moves through a business, and where it leaks before it reaches the owner Enquiries and orders come in Replies, quotes and follow-ups Delivery and invoicing Money in the owner's account Slow or missed replies Prices by hand, follow-ups forgotten Reports nobody reads The only number that counts
Money comes in at the left and leaks at every handover. The work is to find the biggest leak and close it first.
  1. 1

    Map the money

How does a customer find you, buy, and pay? I trace it end to end with the people who do the work, not from an org chart.

  2. 2

    Find the leaks

Where do enquiries go unanswered, quotes stall, or staff repeat the same task every day? Each leak gets a rough value so the order of work is obvious.

  3. 3

Build the fix, with an owner inside

One system per leak, built around the tools you already use, and handed to a named person on your team who runs it day to day.

  4. 4

    Measure it in money

Before anything is built we agree what will move: reply time, orders won, hours returned. Then we check it against how things worked before.

By business model

Where AI pays, by how the business makes money

The sector matters less than the model. A clinic and a law firm leak in the same places; a showroom and an online shop do too. Four of these are running today. Two show how I would start.

Running now

Lead-generation platform

Makes money from
Businesses paying to be found and to receive enquiries.
Leaks at
Enquiries answered late, ad spend nobody connects to results.
What AI fixes
Lead and spend alerts, drafted replies, a weekly founder report.

DubaiTalkies

Running now

E-commerce and showroom

Makes money from
Orders, online and across the counter.
Leaks at
Prices that go stale, catalogue upkeep, every enquiry quoted by hand.
What AI fixes
Catalogue and pricing automation, listings prepared for each marketplace.

Masoud Jewellery

Running now

Creator and media

Makes money from
Views, sponsors and the audience's trust.
Leaks at
The edit queue: uploads slip and the archive sits unused.
What AI fixes
An editing pipeline that works inside the creator's own project, and a clip line for the archive.

Dr Hobs · Perpetual Chess

Running now

Service business

Makes money from
Booked work, delivered on time.
Leaks at
The owner's hours lost to admin, outreach and follow-ups.
What AI fixes
A team of agents with one job each and a single approval queue.

Pouya Edits

How I'd approach it

Clinic

Makes money from
Booked and kept appointments.
Leaks at
WhatsApp messages after hours, price questions left unanswered, no-shows.
Where I'd start
A reply assistant that answers and books, reminders, and a weekly count of enquiries against bookings.
How I'd approach it

Industrial and trading

Makes money from
Orders and the margin on each one.
Leaks at
Slow quotes, stock data spread across spreadsheets, reports built by hand.
Where I'd start
Quote drafts from your own price lists, and stock and order reports read from the systems you already run.
Case studies

Three systems running today

What was built, what it does, and what it replaced. The screenshots are the real systems.

DubaiTalkies.com, the platform these systems serve.
Lead-generation platform

DubaiTalkies

The situation. DubaiTalkies is a Dubai directory with an AI concierge, Ely, that matches people with verified local businesses. A small team was running ads, enquiries and reporting by hand.

What was built. I lead its AI automation and creative marketing: AI-produced video ads built around a mascot, alerts that bring new leads and ad spend into one shared channel, reply drafts that a person approves before anything is sent, a weekly report for the founder, and the plan for Ely's next version.

What it does. The founder sees what each campaign costs and brings in without opening a dashboard, and no enquiry waits for someone to notice it.

What it replaced. Checking each ad account and inbox by hand, and briefing every ad from scratch.

E-commerce and showroom

Masoud Jewellery

The situation. A gold and watch showroom in Al Satwa, Dubai. Gold prices move every day, so a fixed price list goes out of date and every enquiry needed its own quote.

What was built. An online catalogue in five languages where every piece stores its karat and weight, so the whole range can be re-priced against the day's gold rate in one pass. Behind it sits a repeatable photo-to-listing line (crop, name, describe, publish) and listing packs for Facebook Marketplace and Dubizzle.

What it does. A customer browses the showroom on their phone, sees the weight and the price basis, and opens a WhatsApp chat about the exact piece.

What it replaced. Photos sent one at a time and prices worked out by hand for each enquiry.

Service business

The Pouya Edits agent team

The situation. A one-person video business with clients in the UAE, the US, the UK and Canada. Growth was capped by the owner's hours: outreach, follow-ups, planning and quality checks.

What was built. A team of AI agents, each with one job and its own memory: an editor and quality gate, a growth agent that runs the lead engine and cold email, a client-relationship ledger, a content assistant, and a personal assistant that plans the day. They run on a schedule, raise an alert when something fails, and send every decision to one approval queue.

What it does. The work keeps moving while the owner edits, and nothing goes to a client or a prospect without his approval.

What it replaced. Spreadsheets, sticky notes and evenings spent on admin.

What I build

AI integration services, in plain words

Six kinds of system cover most of what companies ask for. Each one is built into the tools your team already uses.

WhatsApp AI chatbot and email replies

Answers the common questions in your tone, drafts the rest, and hands anything unusual to a person. Replies are approved by your team until the assistant has earned trust.

Catalogue and pricing automation

Products, photos and prices kept in one place and recalculated from the inputs that move them, then published to your site and marketplaces.

Lead engine

Finds the companies or people who fit, checks them against your rules, and runs the first contact and follow-ups so your team only talks to the interested ones.

Reporting dashboards

The handful of numbers the owner actually needs, pulled from the systems you run and delivered on a schedule instead of assembled by hand.

Content production line

Video, posts and ads produced from what you already have. This is where I started, as an editor, and it still runs every week.

Internal agents

Assistants that each do one job for your staff, with a log of what they did and an approval step wherever money or customers are involved.

Built with Claude, n8n and the software your company already pays for.

How we work

Teardown, pilot, then run and extend

  1. 1

    Free teardown

A call and a look at how money moves through your business. You get a written list of the leaks and what closing each one would take, yours to keep whether we work together or not.

  2. 2

    Fixed-scope pilot

One leak, one system, and one agreed measure. The scope is written down before work starts, so you know exactly what you are getting.

  3. 3

    Run and extend

Once the pilot has paid for itself, I keep it running and move to the next leak on the list, in the order of what it is worth.

About

I'm Pouya Jafari, and I build these systems myself

I'm based in Dubai. I started as a video editor for YouTube creators and I still edit. The systems on this page began as the tools I built to run my own business; now I build them for other companies.

The video background is an advantage here: I show you the result working, on screen, rather than a slide about it. Invoices come from Pouya Payam Personal Shopping Services L.L.C., the company behind Pouya Edits.

Questions

Common questions

Does AI replace my staff?

No. It takes the repetitive part of their day, such as copying data, answering the same question twice or building the same report, so they spend their time on customers and decisions. Every system has a named owner on your team.

Do I need new software?

Usually not. I build into what you already run: WhatsApp, email, your spreadsheets, your shop or your ERP. New software is suggested only when the existing tools cannot do the job, and the reason is written down.

Who owns my data?

You do. Systems run on your accounts wherever possible, access starts read-only, and nothing is sent to a customer without a person approving it until the system has earned that trust. If we stop working together, everything stays with you.

How fast are results?

The pilot is scoped around one leak, small enough to be running quickly and measured against how things worked before. You see the change on that one leak before you decide on anything bigger.

What does it cost?

Every project is scoped after the free teardown, once we both know which leak is worth closing first. The pilot has a fixed scope agreed in writing before work starts.

Can you work in Arabic or Farsi?

I work in English and Farsi. Assistants can answer your customers in Arabic, English and other languages; Arabic wording is checked by someone on your team before it goes live.
