Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your use of pouyaedits.com and any video repurposing services provided by Pouya Payam Personal Shopping Services L.L.C. ("Pouya Edits", "we", "us"). By placing an order or messaging us to start a project, you agree to these terms.
2. Our Services
We repurpose long-form YouTube videos (typically 8–30 minutes) into short, vertical clips optimized for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok. Package details, clip counts, and delivery timelines are described on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed and paid for through our listed checkout links (processed securely by Stripe) or arranged directly with us over WhatsApp. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Work begins once payment is confirmed and you've shared the video link or footage we need.
4. Turnaround & Delivery
Standard delivery is within 48 hours of receiving your video link and any required materials, unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times for custom or high-volume orders (e.g. our Scale package) will be confirmed with you directly. Delays caused by missing footage, unclear briefs, or delayed responses from you may extend these timelines.
5. Revisions
Minor revisions are included as specified in your package. Revision requests should be sent within 5 days of delivery. Requests for entirely new clips, additional videos, or major creative changes beyond the original brief may be treated as a new order.
6. Ownership & License
You retain full ownership of your original footage and the finished Shorts we deliver to you. By working with us, you grant us permission to feature finished clips (and associated view-count results) in our own portfolio, case studies, and marketing, unless you tell us in writing that you'd like to opt out.
7. Your Responsibilities
You confirm that you own or have the rights to any footage, music, or brand assets you send us, and that using them will not infringe on anyone else's rights. We are not responsible for copyright or platform issues arising from footage or assets you provide.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Because work typically begins shortly after payment, orders are non-refundable once editing has started. If you cancel before we've begun work on your video, we'll issue a full refund. If you're unhappy with a delivered clip, message us first — we'll always try to make it right with a revision before anything else.
9. No Performance Guarantee
We engineer every clip for retention based on what's worked across the videos we've repurposed, but view counts and platform performance depend on factors outside our control (platform algorithms, audience, timing). We do not guarantee a specific number of views for any clip.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pouya Edits is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Termination
We may decline or stop work on an order if content violates platform guidelines, applicable law, or is abusive toward our team. In such cases, we'll refund any unstarted work.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent version. Continuing to use our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
